Mexican Coffee from Chiapas
Chiapas Altura Superior | Washed Single Origin
Chocolate, almond, and brown sugar, with a little citrus brightness. This Mexican coffee comes from the highlands of Chiapas and has a full body with mild acidity. A good starting point for an everyday house coffee.
Colombian Coffee from Huila
Pitalito El Tiple Supremo | Washed Single Origin
Chocolate and nougat sweetness, with cherry and citrus notes. This Colombian coffee from Pitalito, Huila, has a full body and more fruit in its profile, giving you another option when choosing your house coffee.
El Salvador Coffee from Santa Ana
Santa Ana Balam | Washed Single Origin
Cocoa and coffee cherry, with mild sweetness and tart acidity. This is the El Salvador coffee we use in Rustic Roast, offered on its own so you can enjoy it as a single origin.

Our Signature Medium Roast
Rustic Roast combines El Salvador coffee with Indian robusta for chocolate, caramel sweetness, and a full body.
This is the house espresso we serve at Bee & Brew. We developed it for a balanced, traditional espresso, whether you drink it straight or in a cappuccino.

Choosing a grinder or espresso machine? We can talk through your menu, budget, and expected volume, help narrow the options, and work with you on dialing in our coffee.
