The Nectar of the Gods

I first tasted this at a farmer's market in Dallas in 2023, and it stuck in my head as the gold standard for what a mead should be. It's sweet, floral, fragrant, but with a distinctive spice that dances on the tongue. It warms you from the inside. I don't know if I'll ever find another mead that encapsulates the honey it's made from so well. I hope to always have a bottle in my pantry if I can help it.
