This is our version of a traditional Viking mead made with 100% Texas wildflower honey. Rich in floral taste without being overly sweet this mead is simple yet complex. Its unique profile allows this mead to drink like a wine with a meal or by itself in the mead hall! Skol!

Thematically Good

This good for what it is- a more traditional mead. Is the dry fig mead better tasting? Yes, but if you looking to experience the feel of a classic mead- this what I imagine would fit your fancy. Not bad at all.

The mead was fine, but it was semi-sweet. I, personally, prefer more sweet mead. However, despite my personal tastes, it is a good mead.
